The Christmas party for White Star Real Estate took place at the now-defunct Loft Bubny in Holešovice. We prepared cold and hot dishes for 55 participants: appetizers such as fagolosu with Parma ham, cold platters such as beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese and caramelized hazelnuts. For the hot dishes, we served sous vide beef flap steak with thyme demi-glace or grilled shrimp. For dessert, we treated the participants to the popular crème brûlée.
No proper party is complete without drinks, which is why we take as much care with our beverages as we do with our food. At this Christmas event, in addition to cold and hot classics, we served mixed drinks at the bar – in addition to traditional favorites, we mixed a special WSRE drink called Blue Lagoon with star anise.
